The booking is confirmed after the prepayment has been made.
If the booking is canceled before the accommodation date: – More than 21 days in advance, we will refund the full amount; – More than 14 days in advance, we will refund 75% of the amount; – More than 7 days in advance, we will refund 50% of the amount; – Less than 7 days before the start of the booked accommodation, no refund will be given.
The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing to Tuhamäe Hostel’s email address info@tuhamaehostel.com. The cancellation notice must include the booking number, the client’s name, and the bank account number.
The prepayment will be refunded no later than three business days after receiving the cancellation notice to the bank account indicated in the notice.
A booking made via email must be paid within 48 hours from receiving the invoice. After 48 hours, an unpaid booking will be considered canceled.
