The cancellation notice must include the booking number, the client&#8217;s name, and the bank account number.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The prepayment will be refunded no later than three business days after receiving the cancellation notice to the bank account indicated in the notice.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A booking made via email must be paid within 48 hours from receiving the invoice.
